Whether is be the undisputed heavyweight fight between Daniel Dubois or countless others, His Excellency Turki Alalshikh has been the man behind it.

Not only that, but Turki Alalshikh also got rival promoters such as boxing as a worldwide sport.

His Excellency has already announced a stellar card for February 22nd headlined by the Beterbiev vs Bivol rematch, with six other world class fights on the undercard. The amazing thing for boxing fans is that he isn’t showing any signs of stopping either.

In a recent interview with DAZN, Turki Alalshikh expressed his desire to bring one of his colossal Riyadh Season cards to Africa in the coming years. Alalshikh has revealed that he plans on taking a huge Riyadh Season Card to the continent of Africa in either 2025 or 2026.

This would be quite the statement from the Saudi Arabian, following in the footsteps of the likes of Muhammad Ali vs George Foreman. The ‘Rumble In The Jungle’ of course took place in Kinshasa, Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of Congo), and His Excellency is looking to pull off something similar in the coming years.

With talk of a possible Riyadh Season Card in Africa in the next year or two, boxing fans are of course already speculating who could feature on such a card.
