The Dillian Whyte next fight sees the former world title challenger in a huge all-British heavyweight clash against Moses Itauma.

This is a must-win fight for The Body Snatcher’, as he takes on one of the hottest prospects in world boxing. Win this and he could back in contention for colossal fights against the likes of Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.

Dillian Whyte Next Fight: ‘The Body Snatcher’ Set For Moses Itauma Clash On August 16th 1u3d

Dillian Whyte was last in action just before Christmas, fighting twice in 2024 after a 14 month absence from the ring due to failing a performance enhancing drugs test (later confirmed as a contaminated substance).

Now that Whyte is back to winning ways, his name has been throw into the hat for some huge potential fights. As a former world heavyweight title challenger and big name in British boxing circles, ‘The Body Snatcher’ will never be short of options.

With his record now standing at 31-3 with 21 knockouts, Dillian Whyte’s next fight has now been officially confirmed. Whyte is set to face fellow Brit Moses Itauma on August 16th at the top of the bill in a huge eSports World Cup card put on by His Excellency Turki Alalshikh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The 37-year-old will be the opponent for Moses Itauma’s next fight, rather than the A-side. Itauma is one of the hottest prospects in world boxing, despite being just 20-years-old. He will be the overriding favourite to beat Whyte via stoppage, but it is still an intriguing match-up.

Whyte is usually the favourite in fights, but has been the underdog against the likes of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. ‘The Body Snatcher’ has only ever lost to top heavyweights, so if Itauma isn’t as good as everyone suggests, then August 16th could be a successful night for Dillian.

Although he has lost a few fights, it’s got to be respected that Whyte has shared the ring with the likes of Fury, Joshua, Joseph Parker and Derek Chisora. ‘The Body Snatcher’ will be hoping for a huge win the reignite his career.

Dillian Whyte’s next fight is now official as he faces the 12-0 Moses Itauma in Riyadh on August 16th in a blockbuster heavyweight contest.

Could Dillian Whyte’s Next Fight After Itauma Be The Anthony Joshua Rematch Or Lawrence Okolie Bout? 1n2e4c

Should Dillian Whyte’s next fight result in victory against Moses Itauma on August 16th, then all roads could lead to a super-fight rematch with bitter rival ‘AJ’ in 2026.

Anthony Joshua’s next fight is yet to be confirmed, but he is expected to return before the end of the year. If he does and gets back to winning ways, he could face Whyte at some stage next year. Whyte could even be AJ’s opponent in December time, if he is to beat Itauma in his next bout.

The Joshua vs Whyte rematch seems like the obvious fight to make for both men. They were scheduled to fight back in August 2023 for a second time, before Whyte failed a performance enhancing drugs test and Joshua fought Robert Helenius instead.

Joshua’s promoter Daniel Dubois’ next fight against Oleksandr Usyk, a Whyte rematch makes total sense for all parties.

That being said, the ‘AJ’ rematch totally depends on how Whyte fares on August 16th against Moses Itauma. Should Whyte lose his next fight, then he can wave goodbye to the Joshua super-fight for good. Instead, he could be staring down the barrel of retirement.

Other possible names for ‘The Body Snatcher’ are fights against the likes of Lawrence Okolie, the Derek Chisora trilogy or perhaps even Jarrell Miller. Time will tell if any of these bouts come to fruition for the Dillian Whyte next fight.
