Gianni Buttice’s FPL Gameweek 26 Tips Reveals The Three Best Mid -Priced Forwards Who Aren’t Chris Wood 4h1a4c

Gianni Buttice (@giannibuttice) is back with his latest set of FPL gameweek 26 tips. This week, he focuses on the three best mid-priced forwards not named Chris Wood.
With Kai Havertz, Nicolas Jackson and Cody Gakpo injured, many are on the hunt for a mid-priced forward and there are three stand out options.
FPL Gameweek 26 Tips: Three Mid-Priced Forwards Not Named Chris Wood b6j5y
Matheus Cunha – Wolves – £6.8 Million 5n1l2p
The Brazilian has 12 goals, four assists this season and every time he returns he nets bonus points too. From a possible 36 bonus points on offer in those games, he has 30 extra points which is the fourth highest of any player in the game.
Only Mo Salah, Cole Palmer and Chris Wood have more. Cunha is a clear talisman for Wolves and despite not playing as the number 9, the FPL forward is a huge attacking threat for his team.
Wolves might be struggling just outside the Premier League relegation zone but they’re ing the eye test of late and with Cunha back fit and firing they will fancy their chances of clocking good points in the next wave of fixtures which see them take on Bournemouth, Fulham, Everton, Southampton, West Ham and Ipswich in their next six games.
As well as the bonus points and goal contributions, Cunha comes with 90 minute guarantee and takes all the set pieces. His route to points is up there with the very best FPL assets and if he was playing in a top team that scored lots more goals, we would be paying 10 million plus for him.
Omar Marmoush – Man City – £7.1 Million 2g4b6x
Pep Guardiola got his man and in Omar Marmoush he has a huge goal threat who can ease the burden on Erling Haaland.
The forward had only been at the club a matter of days when he was given his first league start against Chelsea and since his arrival he has only been benched once – the first leg of the Champions League knockout match versus Real Madrid where both Kevin de Bruyne and Phil Foden started, and look how that went.
Fresh of the back of a hat-trick versus Newcastle, Marmoush is now getting a lot of love and with good fixtures round the corner it doesn’t feel like there is a bad time to buy the versatile attacker.
Even when playing poorly, City are always a team who will create a high number of chances and the Egyptian’s addition means they now have one more elite finisher in the group who will surely be a future star who puts up consistently outstanding numbers.
Jean-Philippe Mateta – Crystal Palace – £7.3 Million 4j4p1y
Many forwards are labelled with the ‘streaky’ tag but the Frenchman definitely has hot streaks and after a slow start to the season its 7 goals in 6 matches for the forward who looks to be recreating the run he had in the second half of last season.
Palace don’t play in Gameweek 29 which is the only issue for Mateta buyers but there are plenty of points on the table before that as he faces Fulham, Aston Villa and Ipswich.
