FPL Salah Captain Tips For Gameweek 31 3x3227

Cole Palmer (£10.7m) – Chelsea 1a372w

Fixture: Brentford (A)

It hasn’t been the best few months for Cole Palmer.

At the time of writing his last goal in the league came in Gameweek 21 but we know he’s still one of the best options in the game. He has 14 goals and eight assists this season.

Chelsea have a decent fixture this week as they come up against Brentford. Thomas Frank’s side have conceded the sixth most goals (46) and have the eighth-worst xGC (44.5).

Chelsea on the other hand have scored the third most goals (53) with an xG of 54.87 (second).

They also have the likes of Nicolas Jackson (£7.7m) and Noni Madueke (£6.0m) back which should improve the attack overall.

The London side will be strong favourites for the win here and Palmer will get back to scoring ways sooner, rather than later. He is at 37% to score at anytime in Gameweek 31.

Alexander Isak (£9.4m) – Newcastle z2l3q

Alexander Isak is a slight injury concern for Newcastle’s next clash with Leicester

Fixture: Leicester City (A)

Alexander Isak has had a phenomenal season, scoring 20 goals and five assists.

Newcastle have one of their best fixtures of the season as they take on Leicester City (A). Keep an eye on the press conferences though as Eddie Howe did say the Swede was subbed off with tightness.
Eddie Howe said post-match that “He wasn’t feeling 100% and wasn’t sure in his movement. Hopefully he’s okay.” It doesn’t seem too serious but worth keeping an eye on.

The Foxes have conceded the second most goals (67) with an xGC of 53.3 (third-worst). On paper, this should be a one-sided affair.

The Swedish international is nailed to start if fit and is the clear talisman for this team. He is also favourite to score at anytime (50%) in Gameweek 31.

Mohamed Salah (£13.8m) – Liverpool q2u2f

Mohamed Salah is another strong captain option for Gameweek 31

Fixture: Fulham (A)

Despite his blank in the last game, Mohamed Salah is still on for a record-breaking season with 27 goals and 17 assists.

Liverpool play Fulham (A) in Gameweek 31 which isn’t the easiest fixture on paper but they should have more than enough for Fulham.

They have scored the most goals (70) in the league and also have the highest xG (65.00).They also only have the league to focus on, being out of all other competitions.

Salah also has personal records to chase such as cementing the golden boot. The Reds are the third favourites to score 2.5-plus goals (56%) and Salah is nailed to start and take on any penalties.
The Egyptian is at is at 38% to score at any time but has the assist threat too.

FPL Salah’s Captain Rankings 386u57

Alexander Isak – If he is fit the Swede would be my pick for the best captain in Gameweek 31. Leicester City leak goals and the Magpies are a great attacking side.

Mohamed Salah – The Egyptian is nailed to start, is on penalties and the one out of the three most likely to play 90 minutes.

Cole Palmer – A decent fixture, and Palmer has both goals and assists in his locker. We also know that he can haul big in any fixture.
