Bayern Munich frontman Harry Kane bagged his 50th goal for the club and in doing so etched his name into European history.

Regarded as one of the greatest strikers of his generation, Kane is a household name across the globe.

During Tuesday’s Champions League outing against Dinamo Zagreb, the England international scored his 50th, 51st, 52nd and 53rd goals in just half a century of games for the club.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, Kane also became the most clinical Englishman in the history of the Champions League with his 33rd goal in the competition.

The 31-year-old sured former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney’s record of 30, taking yet another record away from the current Plymouth Argyle boss.

In March 2023, Kane sured Rooney as England’s all-time record goalscorer with a first-half penalty against Italy during the Three Lions’ Euro 2024 qualifying campaign.
