“I can’t wait to work with Pep, Xabi Mancisidor and the excellent goalkeepers already here and see their methods up close.
“Hopefully I can contribute in training, the dressing room and on the pitch as we look to win more silverware over the next year.”

Bettinelli Replaces Scott Carson At Manchester City 4r4yv
Bettinelli comes into the City squad with the expectation of being third-choice.
The outgoing Scott Carson, 39, has famously won two UEFA Champions League titles despite playing zero minutes.
As well as City’s 2023 triumph, Carson was also on the bench for Liverpool on ‘that night’ in Istanbul in 2005.
Dubbed the ‘easiest job in football’, being a third-choice keeper is not a role every player would accept.
But with starter Ederson deputised by German Stefan Ortega, Bettinelli will know he is highly unlikely to feature in a competitive match.
That’s unlikely to bother him, though. His weekly salary at Chelsea was £35,000, with his City wage expected to be similar.
