Quail Hollow Club – Course Details 6e6n6s

History 4v6673

The Quail Hollow Club is one of the most challenging courses in the United States. George Cobb originally laid it out in 1959, but it has gone through many renovations over the years. In 1986, Arnold Palmer modernised the course by modifying several holes. Later, Tom Fazio oversaw the redesign of the opening holes alongside infrastructure enhancements.

Highlight 2i613d

The Quail Hollow Club arguably has the toughest finishes in pro golf. The notorious ‘Green Mile’ with Holes 16 (Par 4, ~506 yards), 17 (Par 3, ~223 yards), and 18 (Par 4, ~494 yards), demands the perfect blend of precision and power. Even the best golfers in the business have a hard time clearing the final stretch.
